After merging Ehrenberg Investment Company with Chesler Advisory Company in 1999, Oscar Ehrenberg was actively involved in all areas of the firm's practice including capital formation, M&A, private placements, as well as providing advisory services.
Oscar M. Ehrenberg began his investment career in 1966 with San Antonio based NYSE firm Russ and Co, which later merged with Rotan Mosle. After that firm was acquired by Paine Webber, he founded and was active with several private brokerage and investment firms. His experience included merger and acquisition advisory, private placements, and advisory services. Mr. Ehrenberg was a Korean War Veteran and served in US Army Intelligence. Oscar Ehrenberg, at 76, was one of only two members of his family who survived the Holocaust. He died at his home June 22, 2007.
